At Sonaari, the festival doesn’t begin at the gates – it begins on the water. The journey to Enonsaari becomes part of the Sonaari experience itself, as festival guests travel on the official island transfer from Lahden Satama, Lahti Harbour.
The privately chartered vessel, Suomen Neito, operated by Päijänne Risteilyt Hilden Oy, carries a limited number of passengers, creating an intimate atmosphere where anticipation builds long before the first artist steps on stage.
Arriving by boat transforms Sonaari into more than a festival it becomes a shared voyage across the lake, where music lovers gather, the summer air carries excitement, and the island slowly appears on the horizon. By the time you step ashore, the celebration is already in motion.
Please note that the boat ticket is separate from the festival ticket; a valid festival pass must be purchased in addition to the transfer.

Regular route service to Enonsaari is provided by M/S Kymppi approximately five trips per day. The trip from Lahti Harbour takes approximately 30 minutes, and from Messilä Satama about 10 minutes. Alternatively, Enonsaari can also be reached easily by water taxi.
